BiometrixLabs is an operating name of Mocan Group Inc., an Ontario corporation (Corp. No. 1897402, Business No. 843713777), of 343 Preston Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1S 1N4, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect on biometrixlabs.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Order information (name, email, phone, shipping address, order contents), account information if you create an account, and messages you send us. Payment details are processed by our payment providers; full card numbers never touch our servers.
To fulfil and deliver orders, confirm the research-use acknowledgement attached to each order, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product updates. We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with service providers needed to run the store: payment processing, shipping carriers, and website hosting. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax and product-traceability purposes, then deleted. Data in transit is encrypted (TLS).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to info@biometrixlabs.com. We respond within 30 days.
