Every order ships tracked; you receive the tracking number by email at dispatch. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit and are packed to protect the vials; refrigerate or freeze on arrival per the product page storage note.
International orders may be subject to import requirements in the destination country. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that importing laboratory research materials is lawful at their destination and for any duties or taxes.
If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, contact us — we trace it with the carrier and replace or refund orders confirmed lost.
