BiometrixLabs is an operating name of Mocan Group Inc., an Ontario corporation (Corp. No. 1897402, Business No. 843713777), of 343 Preston Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1S 1N4, Canada.
These Terms of Sale govern every order placed on biometrixlabs.com. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Every product sold on this site is a laboratory reagent supplied strictly for lawful in-vitro laboratory research by qualified individuals and organizations. Products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind and are not sold as foods, drugs, supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. No statement on this site may be read as a claim that any product can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
By ordering, the purchaser certifies that they are at least 18 years of age, that products will be used solely for research purposes, that they will not be administered to humans or animals, and that the purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe handling, storage and lawful use of the materials. We refuse and cancel orders where we have reason to believe this condition will not be met.
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order prior to dispatch, including where a product is unavailable or a listing contained an error.
Products may not be resold, relabelled or repackaged for human or veterinary use. Purchasers who resell assume all obligations of a supplier of research chemicals, including equivalent research-use restrictions.
Each batch is tested by a third-party laboratory and its certificate is published before purchase at Certificates of Analysis and per-batch at Verify a Batch. Certificates describe identity, purity and net content of the tested batch and are not a representation of suitability for any particular research application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for any use of products contrary to these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
